SoLa’s Modular Construction Proves Effective in Housing Development

Taking on panelization has served as the “proof of concept” that modular construction can work for our projects, accelerating construction while cutting cost. By purchasing materials well ahead of construction, we were able to avoid major price escalations in lumber and other raw materials brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. We will learn all we can from panelization in preparation for fully volumetric modular projects going into production in 2021.
